Key Guidelines for Your Tour
Important tips for a smooth and safe trip
Wear Sturdy Shoes for the Volcano
The path on the volcano is steep, rocky, and uneven. Closed-toe shoes like sneakers or hiking shoes are mandatory for your safety. Do not attempt the hike in flip-flops or sandals.
Wear Dark Swimwear
The mineral-rich water of the hot springs, particularly the sulfur, can permanently stain light-colored or white swimwear an orange-yellow color. It is strongly advised to wear a dark-colored swimsuit.
Stay Hydrated
There is no shade on the volcano, and the dark rocks radiate heat. You must bring a bottle of water for the hike to stay hydrated, especially during the summer months.
Follow Crew Instructions
For your safety, always listen to and follow the instructions of the captain and crew, especially when swimming, disembarking, and boarding the boat.
